Join us to ring in the new year feeling strong, centered, inspired and open to new beginnings! By letting go of that which no longer serves our highest wellbeing, we create space for our most heartfelt intentions to take root. When we align our intentions with benefitting the highest wellbeing of the Earth and all beings, we align ourselves with universal creative flow and unfolding and unlimited potential. When we have “beginner’s mind,” we can see our inner obstacles, and possibilities become infinite. These are some of the themes we’ll explore as we practice together, settle into stillness and celebrate new beginnings with a grateful and open heart.

1-1:30pm: Opening Circle
1:30-2:45pm: Slow Flow Vinyasa + XL Savasana
2:45-3:15pm: Break
3:15-4:45pm: Yin Yoga + Meditation + Intention-Setting (Optional Journaling)
4:45-5:30pm: Red String Buddhist Bracelet Ceremony + Closing Circle
