Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness & Sangha
This Sangha Circle Retreat will offer an opportunity to slow down and drop into a rejuvenating and revitalizing day of deep self-care and heartfelt connection with oneself and like-minded others in a supportive and serene setting.
Through a blend of the transformative practices of yoga, meditation, breath work and mindfulness, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery through these physical practices that link movement to breath and build both strength and flexibility while quieting the mind, calming the nervous system and guiding us inward toward our most subtle and innermost layers (koshas) where peace, compassion, clarity and profound contentment inherently lie.
Christy will guide you through a slow and gentle but energizing Vinyasa moving meditation, a restful and restorative Yin Yoga practice, reflective meditations, pranayama (breathing exercises) and opening and closing circles. This, along with Christy's inspiring readings and specially curated music playlist, will help you forget your worries and leave feeling calm, content, energized, refreshed, focused yet open and maybe even blissed out.
The retreat will include a delicious and healthy light lunch and time to journal or take a beautiful nature walk through the trees to the Children's Bell Tower Memorial.
